Our flutter flags are able to withstand wind conditions in the excess of 30 mph when placed on our flag banner hardware it will allow the banners to rotate in the wind which will help attract attention due to movement.

Our Flutter flag banners include the following:

• Available as double-sided only.
• Double-sided flag banners include a block-out liner and two outer layers using a closed-weave fabric for the print. This will allow the prints to read correctly from both sides. You can have different graphics on each side of the banner.
